CCF at NEICSC: So The World Will Know

On September, 23-24 the Elim Arrival joined with CCF for a weekend retreat in Dumont, Iowa.  The weekend consisted of multiple sessions of worship, a message and then some time in a small group.

This is such an important topic when it comes to the Christian life. The whole mission of the Christian is to walk with Jesus and make Him known to all. There are some essential words from Jesus we must take to heart and live out in order that the world may know the gospel of Christ.

Our love for one another is one of the most important things we need to live out in our daily lives.  It is also probably one of the things that is hardest to do. We must learn to love each other despite each other. We are all people who have fallen short of the glory of God and make decisions that are going to hurt others.

Jesus said it is by our love for one another that people will know we are His disciples. We must also remember to stay attached to the vine. Jesus is the vine and we are His branches and apart from the branch, we can bear no fruit. Apart from the vine, the branch will die and wither and be as if it never existed.

Remember the Words of Jesus in John 15:5, “ I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”  Remain in Him. Yes, remain in Him. Then you will live, and bear fruit.
